SERVICES WE OFFER:
We
focuse
our
activity
towards
supplying
a “complete
service
” to
our
customers
,
with
the
result
of
organising
our
company
in
order
to
offer
the
following
services
:
Commercial advice: commercial team which includes salesmen and product managers whom are specialised in each product area, fully trained in the technical/commercial knowledge of the machines. They detect the markets requirements and work in collaboration with our suppliers in order to offer the most competitive machines.
Mounting and repairing workshop: we have our own workshop in the 4 branches we have, with trained personnel specialised in different areas (hydraulic, electronic an mechanical). We have an organised Service Network that covers all the Spanish geography (including islands), offering the same service.
After-sales: technical team giving telephonic attention, as well as mobile workshop in each branch, training to our Service Network, etc.
Maintenance: with every machine delivered we give a maintenance guide book with recommended regular inspections, in order to guarantee the correct performance of the machine and a long working life. We also offer a personalised maintenance contract.
Spare parts: we have a wide stock of spare parts in our spares warehouse in each branch, in order to deliver within 48 hours.
Bodyworks: we have our own bodywork workshop to offer our customers a “personalised finished body” on their lorry, so we are prepared to ensure the agreed delivery time, and we can control the quality of the work done during the whole process.
Warranty claims: online service through our intranet with direct line to the after sales team of people whom process the claim and give an answer within 24 h.
Technical training: we offer technical training localy in our facilities, and also at our distributors workshop in their facilties. Main issues are hydraulic and electronic training. All required documents are provided on digital and paper format.
